I just wanted to make a really quick post.  I am super proud to be included in the Twitter Tweightloss Challenge.  I have some awesome team mates, that I will give shout-outs to as I do my various updates. Today’s shout out goes to Lindsay who noticed she was walking down the path of “Snack Attack”, and ran for her Kettle Weights instead.  She motivated ME to stop snacking, even though they were those 100-calorie pack things.  

I am crazy about all of my Twitfit teammates and know we’re going to be successful!  everyone will be, as no one loses when we all lose!  Keep the goal of being healthier today than yesterday, and success is SURE to follow!

    WHile at lunch with a friend I hadn’t seen for a long time, instead of eating mindlessly while chatting I was concious of every bite going in my mouth. There were more than half of the fries still on my plate when we left. Go #Twitfit!

    Thanks for sharing. I love the picture! I promise to be good with my wine… just one glass, maybe 2. hee hee I did an hour Body Attack class today and no extra snacking. I think that deserves some wine right??

    Kat – I had my 2 glasses too! I usually save room for wine and or some low fat/low calorie ice cream. I use Weight Watchers to give me structure. I need it, as I have little to no will power. And while I know I should eat more “value added” foods and less “empty” foods, I cant get away from my wine OR my Ice cream, yet.
